Self-Care: Skin Conditions and Ocular Ailments.

The article describes several case studies on self-care for skin conditions and ocular ailments. It addresses questions on recommended products and self-care for patients with acne and pink-eye or red watery eyes. Recommendations for a patient on using broad-spectrum sunscreen are also provided. One case addressed age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and the use of lutein supplements.
