ESI behavior of thiamphenicol and florfenicol in methanol and tetrahydrofuran solutions for LC–MS.

Highlights: [•] We compare ESI of florfenicol and thiamphenicol in CH3OH and THF. [•] THF was better than CH3OH or CH3CN that are traditionally used for LC–MS.
