POLÍTICAS DE INTERNET: LA NEUTRALIDAD DE LA RED Y LOS DESAFÍOS PARA SU REGULACIÓN.

Net neutrality is one of the main issues under discussion in any debate about Internet policies. The aim of this paper is to describe the conflicting stances around this matter and the regulatory progresses found in several countries, by analysing literature and legislative sources. Furthermore, in the development of the article the present difficulties regarding Internet traffic management are described.
