Abstract
- The article focuses on the decision of U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) officials to maintain a continuous flow of water in the Rio Grande River of New Mexico and Texas until mid-June 2014. Topics discussed include the plan of federal engineers to release supplemental water stored in reservoirs upstream to keep the water flowing in the said river, and the concern for minnow population.
