Minamata victims win cash at last.

Reports on the withdrawal of charges filed against chemical company Chisso Corp. after it agreed to pay 16,000 pounds to 3,000 plaintiffs who suffered from nerve damage by mercury pollution in Minamata Bay. Plaintiffs' dissatisfaction with the compensation; Plaintiffs' demand for the government's admission of its responsibility in allowing the pollution to happen.
