Systemic Effects of a Commercial Preparation of Chondroitin Sulfate, Hyaluronic Acid and Nacetyl-D-glucosamine When Administered Parenteral to Healthy Cats.

The article offers information on a study which investigates the effects of parenteral administration of Nacetyl-D-glucosamine, Hyaluronic Acid, and Chondroitin Sulfate for healthy cats. The study was conducted to eight domestic cats which were screened through complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, and biochemical analysis. Results reveal the systemic anti-inflammatory effects and safety of parenteral administration A-cyst® for cats.
