Abstract

With the appearance and development of universities laboratories, the traditional management mode based mainly on teachers can not meet the requirement of the era. The paper summarized three defects by analyzing the college students on campus learning state to open laboratory as a benchmark and then put forward the concept of the college students' open laboratory management mode based on "The Secondary Management between Teachers and Students". This management mode means the students participate in the laboratory's management through setting up a corresponding group division of the labor and distribution system, the financial management system and the teachers and students work allocation system, and achieves the purpose that students and teachers construct the laboratory together in the end. Thus, most of the energy of teachers can be pulled out from the heavy lab management work and thus can save the teaching resources.
