Abstract

Highlights: [•] Large scale SnO2 assembles grew on a flexible carbon cloth by a simply thermal evaporation method. [•] The morphology and microstructure of the as-synthesized SnO2 assembles were investigated in detail. [•] The growth mechanism of the as-synthesized SnO2 product was proposed based experimental results. [•] Room temperature photoluminescence property of the as-obtained product was also studied.
