Believe in Yourself to Remove Improbable.

The article presents the author's views on the strategic direction of the Association of Surgeons of India (India), which is celebrating its 75th founding anniversary. The role of ASI in assisting surgeons and members and in partnering with State Chapters and Specialty Sections and other medical societies is emphasized. The necessity of forming a federation of surgical specialties in India and an International Medical Education Institution and Medical University is discussed.
