Abstract
- This paper evaluated the adequacy of the theoretical human resources management models and separately the adequacy of the European model in response to the challenges of the European Union cohesion processes. The emphasis is placed on insufficient attention to cohesion challenges of management processes and management activities as well as new untapped opportunities to improve human resource management potential taking into account the need to modernize cohesion measures. The article provides the retrospection of human resource management terminology and reality contradictions. It also analyzes the value of the European model of human resource management in the context of the cohesion processes. Based on a critical evaluation of the historical terminology and reality discrepancy causes, the article contains Human Resource Management theoretical studies and empirical research foresight relevant for the United Europe.
