Abstract
- This study reports the use of intravesical gemcitabine in managing patients with high-risk bladder cancer, refractory to Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG). Patients were given gemcitibine; treatment response was evaluated by fluorescence-cystoscopy, biopsy, and urine cytology. Time to reoccurrence increased with instillation time. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
