Abstract
- The paper shows how, starting from an assessment of the technological, environmental and economic constraints, a strategy of developing prospective installation industry sugarcane in Misiones county, Argentina runs. The strategy is based on current trends in the sugar cane industry and as a collaborative work by three universities in the south, with the support of a Technology Park, the investment alternatives are defined to save the existing limitations. The key issues and actions to be achieved in scale up studies are conceptualized. The proposal of a method for industrial level scale up of ethanol production technology and by products from lignocellulosic wastes is presented, which will prepare research results for transfer to the business sector. A strategy for international collaboration for the development of a technology for enzymes collecting and recycling, and by technological surveillance according with the proposed procedure, requirements for industrial scale technology are determined. Running steps and validate scaling procedure defining the different actions of the members of the scientific community. It emphasizes the need to reduce investor's costs defining actions of the international scientific community to achieve technical economic feasibility in the joint assimilation of emerging technologies in the shortest possible time.
