- The article focuses on the Europe (EU) energy ministers' discussion of the 2030 framework for climate and energy policies with focus on energy efficiency. Topics discussed include gross final consumption of energy in 2013, EU Commission's proposed greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction, and statement from Germany Federal Economics Minister Gabriel regarding international climate negotiations.
