Abstract

Highlights: [•] Corpus callosum (CC) and inter-hemispheric connectivity are compromised early in the course of MS. [•] Structural MRI and EEG can be used to assess such an early imbalance. [•] Higher coherence in α band at rest involved sensorimotor sections of corpus callosum. [•] Inter-hemispheric connectivity displayed a hand-dominance dependence only in α band.
