Abstract

Highlights: [•] Nanoconfined 2LiBH4–MgH2–0.13TiCl4 was simply prepared by solution impregnation and melt infiltration. [•] Up to two times faster desorption kinetics as compared with nanoconfined 2LiBH4–MgH2. [•] Significant low onset dehydrogenation temperature (T= 140°C).
