Abstract

Individuals, which have lost communication with others who think like as theirselves and have lost in the spiral of silence which is originated by the system, by the one way communication of traditional media, have realized that they are not alone through social media and have used the power of being a unity. However, it is impossible to say that social media does not serve the interests of the capilatist system. Traditional media, which is exceedingly acting in socities, is insufficient for the new system which the production and consumption are changing. Therefore system has improved a new control tool to itself, the name of thistool is social media. Traditional media, which tells us what we are going to think about, replace sitself to the social media, which tells us what we think and convey what we think to the political power. In this regard, social media, as an effective weapon of surveillance society, is actualizing the "public mind control". Postmodernism internalizes the principle of enfranchisement of the right of speak to the marginal groups also, even its for the simplifty the surveillance andaudit. This right ease the business of political power by ensuring that these groups are visible, on the one hand it paves the way of communal support and obstructs the business of political power. Here, the ability of "crisismanagement" of political power steps in. The more political power treats considerate, protective and inclusive, the more marginal groups will be alienated as "other" in the public eye. Nevertheless, political power's uncompromising, overwhelming, destructive and strenattitude will increase the society support to the marginals. Consequently, internet and social media, which are weapons of global economy power, have a destructive effect fornational power. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
