Abstract
- Describes a new method in which sequential introduction of two low molecular weight agents promotes the adoption of a protein's native conformation under conditions, that in the absence of the additives, lead to aggregated protein. Results with thermally denatured carbonic anhydrase B; Results obtaine with Gdm-denatured citrate synthase.
