Abstract: Investigates the relation of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha)-induced hemodynamic change to endothelium-derived vasoactive factors. Measurement for hemodynamic parameters, endothelins, nitrates and 6-ketoprostaglandin F1alpha in anesthetized dogs; TNF-alpha-induced changes after pretreatment of NG-nitro-L-arginine and indomethacin.
