Abstract

Examines the effectiveness of behavioral contracting and chaining in improving the performance of a college golf team. Use of behavioral contracting to increase practice time and adherence to a specific training program; Study of 14 college golfers who were placed under successive contingency contracts to go through a chaining-mastery program.
