IEEE GLOBECOM 2014, the premier international event dedicated to driving innovations and technological breakthroughs in nearly every telecommunications field, has announced April 1 as the "Call for Papers" deadline for original Industry Forums & Exhibition (IF&E) and technical symposium presentations.
