Abstract

Abstract: VERITAS is an array of four imaging atmospheric Cherenkov telescopes near Tucson, Arizona and is one of the world's most sensitive detectors of very high energy (VHE: ) gamma rays. The scientific reach of VERITAS covers the study of both extragalactic and Galactic objects as well as the search for astrophysical dark matter.
