Abstract: The article presents information on Internet-related policy and practice issues in the field of global Internet governance. It examines the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), a complex Internet governance-related institution. A distinction has been drawn between Internet governance and e-government and highlights the possible overlaps between e-government work development and Internet governance.
