PRIORITA „LIDSKÉ ZDROJE“ V POLOČASE.

The work on the priority 20 "Human Resources" of the Concept of Development of Libraries for 2011-2015 continues as scheduled, mainly in sections where librarians are independent on other bodies. Half of type positions in the National System of Professions and more than one third of professional qualifications in the National System of Qualifications were processed and published; the National Survey of the Age, Education and Salary Structure of the Library Emploees in the Czech Republic and other analysis were processed and published. Unfortunately, the accreditation process at the Ministry of Culture of CR has not been defined yet. The concept of librarian lifelong learning in its first version is almost completed.
