- The article discusses how the paper-manufacturing industry is coping with a world of increasing digitization. Special attention is paid to Mohawk Fine Papers Inc. of Cohoes, New York. Mohawk has adapted by moving into the market for high-quality paper. Among its customers are online photography service Shutterfly Inc. and Moo.com, a Website that sells business cards. Commentary about his company is provided by Mohawk president Thomas D. O'Connor Jr.
