Usefulness of interictal spike source localization in temporal lobe epilepsy: Electrocorticographic study.

Highlights: [•] ECoG interictal epileptiform spike sources were localized on 3D brain model. [•] We counted the rates of the sources that were located inside the resection volume. [•] The patients with favorable surgical outcome showed higher correspondence rate. [•] Source clusters out of the resection margin were associated with unfavorable outcome.
