Abstract: Positron emission tomography (PET) is a highly sensitive quantitative imaging technique for studying molecular pathways and interactions in vivo. This imaging technique plays a key role in drug discovery, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and assessing in vivo distribution.
