Abstract
- Presents a study which utilized comparative phylogeographic methods to decipher evolutionary responses of terrestrial animals in the North American Aridlands to vicariant events that occurred at different times in the past. Information on the avifauna of the Sonoran-Chihuahuan deserts; Isolating events that are evident in the phylogeographic patterns of birds, mammals and herps; Conclusions.
