Abstract
- The article discusses organizational behavior, the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines, and efforts to encourage ethics in organizations as of January 2014, focusing on reviews of several ethics-related research projects. Compliance with the law is addressed in relation to the U.S. Department of Justice, prosecutions, and the requirements of the nation's Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Compliance programs and organizational values are examined, as well as social identity theory and control orientation.
