Abstract

Highlights: [•] A SERS substrate was synthesized by fixing Ag onto Fe3O4 magnetic particles. [•] The analysis of Raman insensitive GSH was achieved with Raman sensitive crystal violet as a probe. [•] The new method can determine GSH in the range of 50–700nmolL−1 with a detection limit of 40nmolL−1.
