Gastrointestinal: Endoscopic ultrasound of a pancreatic lesion in situs inversus.

The article presents a case study of a 75 year old male having situs inversus presented with diabetes mellitus, weight loss and progressive epigastric pain. Multi-slice computed tomography showed a 29 millimeter (mm) cystic mass in the pancreas' neck with situs inversus features. The pancreatic lesion was distinguished, clear of the portal vein and abutting the hepatic artery.
