What Are the Different Types of Principals Across the United States? A Latent Class Analysis of Principal Perception of Leadership.

The article presents a study that evaluates the different types of school principals in U.S. based on their perception on leadership. The study is undertaken through the use of a latent class analysis to identify the different types of school principals in the U.S. and the administration of a Staffing Survey. The results of the study show that the difference in the types of principals were defined by educational leadership.
