Abstract: The article describes the case of a 62-year-old man who presented with a five-year history of a blue discoloration of his fingernails, face, and body. His current treatments included carvedilol, lisinopril, spironolactone, ferrous sulfate and metformin. He was diagnosed with argyria which is caused by chronic exposure to products containing silver.
