Abstract
- Highlights: [•] Pocillopora damicornis apexes were exposed to cryoprotectant solutions. [•] Apexes withstood exposure for 30min to a 0.8M sucrose or trehalose solution. [•] Binary solutions containing sucrose and ethylene glycol displayed low toxicity. [•] Apexes withstood exposure to complex solutions with a total molarity of 2.45M. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
