Abstract
- The heat capacity of ɛ-GaSe has been determined by differential scanning calorimetry in the temperature range 300-700 K. Smoothed heat capacity data have been used to evaluate the thermodynamic functions of gallium monoselenide (entropy, enthalpy increment, and reduced Gibbs energy). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
