Abstract: The article announces the Top 25 newsmakers for 2013, chosen by the "Engineering News-Record" (ENR) journal, which include Michael Adlerstein, the architect who is leading the renovation of the United Nations headquarters in New York City, Alan Barnhart who leads Barnhart Crane & Rigging, which transported the world's largest tunnel-boring machine (TBM) to Seattle, Washington, and Daniel Christian of Victaulic which produced a handbook of best practices for engineering contractors.
