W.Va. Spill Leaves Trail of Lawsuits.

The article reports that West Virginia regulators have cited Freedom Industries Inc. for several violations following the January 9, 2014 toxic spill that shut down drinking-water supplies to 300,000 people. The regulators slapped Freedom Industries with citations for inadequate storage practices, poor record-keeping and substandard training. It also states that the operator of the Elk River terminal where the spill occurred has moved most of the methanol chemicals to Nitro, West Virginia.
