Abstract: Evaluates the extent of mixing of macropinocytic endosome content with that of conventional endosomes served by coated vesicle endocytosis. Minimal delivery of macropinosome content to either early or late endolysosomes; Non-induction of mixing of contents by addition of brefeldin A; Absence of gross alteration of macropinosomes in the presence of brefeldin A.
