Abstract

The article presents a study on the proteome-wide analysis of supernatant from plasmacytoid dendritic cells and the function of CXCL4 protein as a biomarker in systemic sclerosis. It discusses the methods used in the study, the mean level of CXCL4 in patients with systemic sclerosis, the correlation of CXCL4 with skin and lung fibrosis and with pulmonary arterial hypertension.
