- Highlights: [•] Adding Nd2O3 to PCBM increases open circuit voltage and short circuit current. [•] Photo induced absorption decay rate increases in Nd2O3/PCBM mixture. [•] Photo induced bleaching is observed in Nd2O3/PCBM mixture. [•] Shows photo induced charge transfer occurs between PCBM and Nd2O3.
