Abstract: Says that one day after President Juvenal Habyarimana of Rwanda was killed in a plane crash with President Cyprien Ntaryamira of Burundi, the Rwandan capital of Kigali dissolved into terror and chaos as disparate Army and police forces went on a rampage, reportedly killing the country's interim Prime Minister Agathe Uwilingiyimana and at least ten Belgian peacekeeping soldiers.
