An interview with Canadian Olympic rower Silken Laumann is presented. When asked the reason for writing her memoir "Unsinkable," she says that she felt that she could not do anything else in his life until she wrote the book. She adds that during her therapy to confront her childhood, she went through the process of discovering how her past was affecting her actions today, who she was a parent.
