Quality control system framework for fully mechanized mining.

In order to ensure strata movement control effect by solid filling mining, by combining the theory, experiment and practice, quality influence factors and strata movement control mechanism were analysed by fully mechanized solid backfilling. From the aspects of strata movement control theory, filling quality design, filling quality control and filling quality monitoring, solid backfilling quality control system framework was put forward in this paper, at the same time, the key technology was studied in detail which contained the relation between coal volume and filling, dynamic compaction and backfilling quality monitoring system. The quantitative model and the formula of the dynamic compaction were established. The underground solid filling quality monitoring system was built. Finally,the backfilling quality control system framework was put into using Pingdingshan twelve coal mine engineering practice, which can obtain the good engineering effects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
