Heat-resistant polybenzoxazole nanofibers made by electrospinning.

Highlights: [•] Heat-resistant electrospun PBO nanofibers were prepared from precursor OH-PAA. [•] The obtained PBO nanofibers are thermally stable up to 643°C.
