Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 24-year-old man with neck and arm rashes. Tests revealed that the most common allergen was trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) which led to dermatitis. The patient did not have any burning sensation during patch testing with TFA. He was asked not to use products containing phenoxyethanol or benzyl alcohol.
