Abstract
- Highlights: [•] Citrus grandis has volatiles, flavonoids and polysaccharides hardly being extracted. [•] One-step CCE extraction of all bioactive substances with gradient elution. [•] Simple extraction and separation with minimum use of solvents and energy. [•] All substances had 98% extraction rates and 95% recovery rates after separation.
