Effects of granulation on organic acid metabolism and its relation to mineral elements in Citrus grandis juice sacs.

[•] Granulation decreased citrate and isocitrate levels, thus lowering juice sac acidity. [•] The reduction in citrate concentration might be caused by increased degradation.
