Abstract
- The article presents information on the Echo Park Lake Rehabilitation project in Los Angeles, California. The project was led by contractor Ford E.C. Inc. and design firm Black & Veatch. The project aims to the city meet Clean Water Act mandates while maintaining flood control functions and enhancing the watershed.
