Abstract
- The article presents a study that evaluates the incidence of roof impingement by the native anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in hyperextensible knees. The study examines the risk of roof impingement by anatomic placement of the ACL graft in hyperextensible knees. It urges surgeons to consider roof impingement after anatomic double-bundle ACLreconstruction in patients with a hyperextensible knee.
