Abstract
- The article discusses the impacts of the tiger mom anxiety phenomenon on the gender, ethnic and generational differences of Asian American students on college access and choices. It mentions that the tiger mom phenomenon has two types of anxiety both related to selective college admissions in the U.S. It also notes on the use for the college choice model as an useful conceptual lens to understand how individuals experience in college.
