Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old man diagnosed with extensive squamous cell carcinoma on his left maxillary sinus. It notes the use of serial photography to remove the squamous cell carcinoma. The use of a multidisciplinary approach like surgical resection for tumour management is mentioned.
